Position
To strengthen our AI team, we are looking for an AI Developer with a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on mindset. Together with four other developers, you will contribute to the development of computer vision and image recognition algorithms within our R&D team.
As an AI Developer at Camco Technologies, you will work on the development and integration of deep learning models that power our AI-based OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and OFR (Optical Feature Recognition) solutions, used globally in terminal automation:
Develop and optimize AI models for image and video analysis
Write and maintain production-ready code for AI- driven applications
Integrate AI solutions into existing software systems
Collaborate with the R&D team to explore and implement new AI concepts
Validate and test models to ensure performance, scalability and reliability
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Profile
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in AI development
Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
Experience or interest in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning is a strong plus
Able to work in a structured manner and manage complex projects independently
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
