Position

Are you a final-year student graduating in 2026 in ICT or Computer Science? Do you want to start your career in September 2026 in a high-tech environment, developing software with international impact and working on complex technical challenges?

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will join an experienced software team from day one and work on:

  • Full stack development in C#, .NET, TypeScript, Angular, React

  • Translating complex functional requirements into technical design and/or implementation

  • Testing, debugging, and optimizing software for performance and scalability

  • Contributing to architecture, code quality, and maintainability

Two tracks within the software team

At Camco Technologies, software engineers can start in two complementary tracks:

  • Product Team: focused on building and improving core software products. This track is highly technical, with deep backend development, software architecture, and complex programming challenges.

  • Project Team: focused on implementing software at customers worldwide. This track requires strong social skills, communication, and project management, with a steep learning curve due to direct customer interaction.

Horizontal mobility between tracks is possible. Candidates with a preference are encouraged to mention it in their motivation letter.

Profile

We are looking for high-potential engineers who can tackle complex challenges, learn fast, and take ownership:

  • Graduating in 2026 (Master in ICT / Computer Science or Bachelor in IT)

  • Available to start in September 2026

  • Basic knowledge of C# or a similar object-oriented language, with interest in deep backend development

  • Familiarity or interest in TypeScript and at least one modern front-end framework (Angular, React, Vue)

  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

  • Analytical, problem-solving, and eager to learn

  • Team player, communicative, and results-oriented

  • Proactive and flexible mindset: you take initiative, think along, take responsibility, and can adapt when international meetings or deadlines occur outside regular working hours (no 9‑to‑5 mentality);

  • Professional attitude

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus

Motivation, eagerness to learn, professional attitude, flexible mindset and technical potential are decisive; prior experience is not required.

Why choose Camco Technologies?

At Camco Technologies you will have the opportunity to grow from day one in a stable, technologically environment.

What you can expect:

  • Steep learning curve: both technically (deep backend, full-stack, software architecture) and in projects (implementation, customer interaction, project management)

  • International experience: from day one, you will be involved in international projects

  • Visible impact: the software you build or implement directly affects real-life processes and terminal operations

  • Challenging and diverse role in a growing, innovative tech company (230+ employees)

  • Flexible working hours and possibility to work from home

  • Team & culture: work with 30+ experienced software engineers in a collaborative environment that values open communication, initiative, and personal growth

At Camco Technologies, you’re not just starting your first job, you’re building a career with international impact, technical depth, and fast personal growth.
