Role
As a Medior Business Analyst, you will work within the Software Project Team on innovative software (and occasionally hardware-related) projects. You act as the link between the customer, project team, and developers, translating business needs into clear and feasible software solutions. You report to the Software Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Translate customer needs into clear software designs
Develop and monitor solutions within scope and project objectives
Align and validate designs with customers
Ensure quality through internal reviews
Report progress and risks to the project manager
Collaborate closely with customer teams to ensure successful implementation
Define API specifications and support developers with clear guidelines
Process and follow up on customer feedback
Integrate OCR and OFR functionalities within project scope
Profile
Master’s degree in ICT or Computer Science
3-5 years of experience as a software developer, system analyst, or business analyst
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of high-level system architecture and communication protocols
Experience with BPMN
Ability to translate business requirements into structured software solutions
Able to define and structure functional and non-functional requirements
Organized, communicative, and able to manage complexity
